Beaches & Parks in Vero Beach and Indian River County

Indian River County has 22 beach/parks with access to the ocean or lagoon. Nine of the county's full service parks have year-round lifeguards on duty:

  • Treasure Shores Park - 3 miles north of RT 510 on A1A  
  • Wabasso Beach Park - at Rt. 510 and A1A  
  • Golden Sand Beach Park - North A1A  
  • Jaycee Park- A1A, north end of Ocean Dr.  
  • Humiston Park - Ocean Drive  
  • Tracking Station Park - North A1A  
  • South Beach Park - North A1A  
  • Round Island Park - South A1A at St. Lucie County Line

  • Sexton Plaza: At the Eastern end of S.R. 60 (Beachland Blvd)  
  • Turtle Trail: North Old Winter Beach Road on North A1A
